Whew, that spicy astringence when you first sniff the bottle really grabbed my attention. It smells assertive, like it's ready to f some s up. On the skin, the leather is the first thing that hits my nose and announces its arrival. It smells like brand new, shiny red leather that creaks when you try and bend it. Once it starts to dry down and settle in, I start getting the Dragon's blood and the slight sweetness of the black tobacco coming through. There is definitely a woodiness that I'm getting, which I assume to be the agarwood, and the spice of the pink peppercorn seems like it flits over the top of the notes like a nose tickle fairy. There is a clean-ness that I'm getting from this fragrance, too, and I'm not getting much patchouli - but I've only had this sample for about 5 days now, so that may change. Overall, this is very leather forward, and while it's not for me (I'm not too into leather) it makes me think of Nick Cave - Red Right Hand
