Smokey and dry with just a little kiss of blackcurrant. I’m surprised that with such powerful elements, this feels very light and clean. Nui Cobalt’s nag champa is truly a signature note when it comes into play, more powdery and cool than I’ve seen other houses use, but that refines the stickiness of jammy berries like this so, so well. Those sweet notes feel like confetti floating on ribbons of smoke, the myrrh and tobacco even adding a hint of bright booziness. The caterpillar scene in Disney’s Alice In Wonderland? I imagine this is what that smells like.

My daily driver. No matter my mood, this scent fits. It's a little dark with a slightly mysterious vibe but still appropriate for going out in public. Complex but never confusing. I know from experience that I love the combo of blackcurrant and myrrh, and here's it's irresistible.
