This immediately made me swoon - I love how soft the suede is, and how it cozies up to the other notes in the fragrance to make this feel fuzzy but sharp, restrained and refined. The sharpness of the cedar resin and styrax gets tempered with the amber, and there is a greyness to the scent for the synesthesiests out there. As it dries, it feels woody and resinous. Lovely.
