It's dark and spicy!! Not your average pumpkin pie, and I'm very grateful for the extra ginger, nutmeg, and patchouli. The vegetal pumpkin smells are almost absent, which is wonderful for my preferences. Not getting much smoke; it's more fire. The flames are similar to those in Balefire, but this is so much better.

Flaming Pumpkin is probably the closest I'll get to smelling like a pile of beautiful burning maple leaves and mashed pumpkin with nutmeg in the forest (I get unlisted warm sandalwood in this blend and the drydown is earthy and relaxing). This one is also super comforting and great for sleep or puttering around the house. In regards to longevity, Flaming Pumpkin clocks in at 12 hours on my skin and 20 hours in my curls. I don't get any aggressive ginger or immediate scent of blood orange. Another keeper and unique pumpkin blend for my collection.
