oh this scent is so delicious. the notes of this sounded very intriguing and it was titled GOAT. how could I not try it? much to my delight, after putting this on I was hit but a sweet wave of nostalgia. one of the notes in this is olive leaf and truly I had forgotten how often as a child I'd played amongst olive trees! and it comes through so clearly! a lovely surprise. besides that, the lemon verbena, the lavender and the cedar make this smell so much like a tree and flower filled field on a mild spring day. gentle but still powerful, sweet but woodsy, it lasts a full 9 hrs on me, which is an extra bonus in my eyes. towards the end mostly that olive leaf smell lingers but as that's my favorite part this has become a favorite smell! I regret buying the smaller size! I hope it'll be available again because I will be buying the bottle if so.

I purchased this one for the novelty of a perfume called "Goat", but it's actually really wonderful. Labdanum is such a good note, and this mixes other notes with it that work so well. It's earthy without being too dark. Everyone in my house has commented about how good this smells!
