White Squirrel is cuddly and sweet without becoming a true gourmand dessert; it’s just delightful— the apricot is more nutty than juicy at first, allowing the vanillic notes to flourish and melt away. As it peaks, the fruity and floral notes of the apricot become more pronounced but as a whole, it stays delicate and nude, embraced by the pale amber.

This was my first "squirrel" out of the popular Critter collection, but it certainly will not be my last as I adore this fruity-laced gem. The almond smells like the inside of the nut or in a glass of pure almond milk/in a blender, the apricot is there adding a delightful unexpected swirl with the additional notes and today I can detect aloe giving this perfume an additional creaminess and smoothness (plus keeping White Squirrel from being considered a gourmand). As much as I love the cool sweetness of the almond and almost floral apricot, the dry down is magnificent with the white amber and hint of balsam wood that leans ever so slightly into a beloved vintage realm. I feel so pretty and giddy wearing this oil. Why didn't I find this perfume years ago?
