Sex and zest

This perfume is unconventional and sexy. I thought I was smelling salty, zesty orange musk but now I agree with another reviewer that it’s the honeysuckle wafting through that, when paired with all the zest, made me think I was smelling a sweet and sexy musk. It starts off all lime and orange zest and that never goes away, but gradually the sweeter notes come out and it’s just a gorgeous, totally unique fragrance.

Mod

This has an orange 60's mod feel. Not like actual 60's perfumes but in the spirit of the mod style. My first thought was that there was no way I was dressed smartly enough for this perfume. This would suit someone who's both efficient and bubbly. The scent is a fruity zest that isn't too sharp. I have never had rhubarb but there's a note that's exactly what I'd expect: sort of celery but not.

Mercury

I squealed with delight seeing rhubarb listed as a note for this one, as I love the way Nui does rhubarb. Sniffing it straight from the bottle, I was not disappointed - it's vey distinct and tart, and makes my mouth instantly pucker. The lime and orange feel so fresh and zesty, I love the bright feel they lend to this fragrance. After the top notes have some time to sing, I start to get a very slight honeysuckle coming through, while the oolong tea is there. The fenugreek, which was much more prominent when the oil was wet, calms down as it dries and loses the maple syrup-like quality it had (which was never overwhelming, but did register in my brain). The lavender and rosemary are subtle, just giving it a beautiful freshness that's airy and beautiful. This one is very bright, tart, and fresh, I can see myself wearing this one often.
