Aptly named - this perfume is a beauty, and I feel beautiful wearing it. If you look for individual notes you can find them - water lily (honestly I have no idea what water lilies smell like, if anything, but this aquatic note smells exactly like what you'd think water lilies ought to smell like), the nectarine (a slightly duskier peach note), the warmth of vanilla and tonka, a slight floral from the rose and tobacco flower - but the beauty of this perfume comes in their amalgamation. It's a bit aquatic, a bit fruity, a bit floral, a bit grounded in warmth and wood, and it's wafting around me in a haze of affirmations: I am beautiful. I am worthy. I am enough.

Everything about this is Beauty. The scent surprised me, I wasn't expecting to love it, but all day I would catch a whiff, wonder what that amazing smell was, and then remember it was me. Its flowery, but not overly so - the vanilla and nectarine balance the flowers out so nicely. Its such a sweet, romantic garden by an orange grove kind of scent.
Even more amazing is how I feel wearing this. Even on days when I look in the mirror and feel awful, I put this on and I feel...content. I believe in my beauty - both inside and out - I just feel *good* about myself. This one has quickly become a favorite!

Few times can I recall when a perfume has made me feel so positive and "comfortable" about myself and I waited far too long to try Beauty. I was initially concerned about the listed teak wood and tobacco flower, but these notes are so subdued if not completely absent to my nose and I only receive a soft glowing aura of downy powder with a kiss of citrus that has caught me off guard at different times and I have been surprisingly finding myself stopping to contemplate in the looking glass several times during the night and noticing subtle pleasant features about my person that I'm slowly noticing in a positive light for the first time in years. Perhaps it's the simple power of persuasion or something magically swirled in with this blend, but whatever it is this is a perfume to wear when you need a little morale boost and a nudge to hold your head up just a little higher when you enter a room or speak to a stranger.
