Standard Vendor Package: $225 Full Payment or ($56.25 Deposit + $168.75 Remainder)
One 8' x 10' booth Sat and Sun with setup time available Friday

Leveled Up Vendor Package: $360 Full Payment or ($90 Deposit $270 Remainder)
All amenities of our Standard Vendor Package, plus…
Your business name featured in Banner Ad on CHARMfest website
"Featured Vendor" promotions 2x each on both Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Half page ad in CHARMfest paper program
Parking included for the both Saturday and Sunday
2 free guest attendee passes

 

Standard Reader’s Package: $110 Full Payment or ($27.50 Deposit + $82.50 Remainder)
One 5’ x 5’ reader’s space Sat and Sun with setup time available Friday

Here’s what we’re currently working on …

  • A convenient, user-friendly CHARMfest website so that ALL types of participants can make their plans quickly and easily

  • Hotel discounts at easily walkable, pet-friendly locations.

  • Sponsorship options for Indie Makers who cannot attend, but wish to support.

  • Sponsorship options for complimentary businesses. 

  • Presenter options for those who wish to appear on Q&A panels, but do not wish to rent booths.

  • Cross-promotion with other GCCC events on that same weekend. (Psst! Pokemon is scheduled to be across the hall from us. Eep!)

 

 

-------------- Vendor Deposits & Dates -------------

Deposit reserves your CHARMfest 2022 booth space until 1/15/22.  Full payment & signed CHARMfest vendor contract is required by Jan 15, 2022 to confirm your spot.

Until 3/15/22, a vendor may cancel their booth reservation for full refund.
Beyond 3/15/22, refunds will scale back as noted below. If the event is canceled due to COVID or other Force Majeur, we will offer vendor refunds.

 

Dates:

9/1/21 - Deposits and full payment options are open to formally reserve a booth space for CHARMfest 2022.

10/15/21 - Detailed contracts emailed to all prospective vendors who have submitted payment.

2/15/22 - Full / remainder payments and signed contracts are due to confirm booth space.

3/15/22 - Last day for full refunds.  After 3/15/22 vendor reservation payments are only 75% refundable. 

4/15/22 - Last day for partial refunds. After 4/15/22 vendor booth payments are no longer refundable.
