This incense, first off, smells amazing. It's a very light smell, very aquatic, and different from most of the incenses I have in my current supplies.

Smell aside, this incense is really really powerful with emotional healing. I tend to swallow my emotions and keep them back (call it my Scorpio showing) and while burning this, I at first a small tickle in my throat, like you get before you're going to cry. I explored those feelings more, had a really good cry that I needed to have, that I had been choking back for MONTHS. After that, and as the incense burned down, I felt soothed, supported, and like I had reached a level of catharsis I had been seeking lately.
