How can something smell tiny?

This is certainly a pale pink-purple floral. There's a trace of foodiness and a hint of green plant and aquatic. The cakes stop it from smelling soapy, so the aquatic is more like a hint of plastic. Not "burning plastic" plastic. Like a plastic jar terrarium with a couple pieces of tiny, tiny furniture in it. And also there are almond cakes.

This somehow smells miniature? I don't mean it has a low throw, it has a medium throw on me. I might be too influenced by the description.
