When I first got into the indie perfume world, this was one of the first samples I purchased along with some other fall scents. I am so in love with the suede/musk blend. The maple sugar in this is so lovely and sweet, this to me feels like such a lovely "fall" scent without getting into Halloween territory. This smells like the picture of walking in a quiet wood, while autumn leaves fall softly around you, and the leaves crunch underfoot, the sun filtering down through the leaves. This is one of my favorite fall staples, and the first scent I FS'd from NC. I'd recommend this scent to anyone, it has good staying power and dries down in such a lovely way.

The berries really came through for me at first, with a gentle softness from the suede and a beautiful golden-musk-y kick. It got a little sharper with wear, actually, and became pretty crisp—almost a little alcohol-y? But that settled very quickly and as the fruit receded a bit, the chestnuts and maple came out to play and round everything out with a warm, comforting groundedness. Think I'll get a lot of wear out of this one!

Here it is, the blend that has blown me away with a magical cream dipped suede aroma on top of a delicious sugary berry nut and textile mixture under it all that makes no sense why it all works BUT it does. White-Tailed Deer also conjures personal memories of my days in the hollow practising archery and I'm under some fantastic spell as I don't want to put this vial down. This blend also works as a sleep scent potion as I huff my wrists and it's off to dreamland and I can still smell the creaminess sweetness 10 hours later.

This scent is near and dear to my heart, and one of my favorites to wear in the fall. It's sweet, warm, and nutty but the suede is what really shines in this scent. Something about the suede really brings to mind a crisp fall day with bright leaves falling, a warm scarf around your neck, and a hot beverage in your hand. Altogether it makes for a truly one-of-a-kind scent that I look forward to every year.

A lovely and grounded suede scent with a dollop of nutty maple. The forest berries throw in a smooth tartness touched by some musk. I keep this scent right next to my bed since it's a go-to that suits any weather.
