I am not a Leo, but some of my favorite women are. My best friend, my mom, and my grandma are all Leos and are some of the most loving and strong-willed people I know. I knew I had to try this scent so I could try to channel their energy whenever I need it most. Leo is definitely a bright and beautiful golden scent. The honey bourbon is the first note I notice while wet, but it’s not aggressively boozy which is nice. However, it is definitely syrupy sweet. The yellow mandarin gives off a burst of citrus and is very mood boosting, almost to the point of making me feel giddy. As it dries down, the copal smoke and the maple wood appear and help to temper the sweetness of the opening. There’s a warm glow to this scent, similar to the kind that seems to radiate off of a Leo who has that indescribable knack for making you feel welcome and whole.

I didn't read the notes before I wore this one, and probably because of the name my brain associated the smells with a warm, fuzzy lion sitting in the sun. To me, this is comfort and confidence on a beautiful day. It was just the pick-me-up I needed to get through the rest of my day. Thank you!

I wore this, along with a few other oils, on a day when I was selling at an art market that I just was NOT in the mood to be doing. It helped me feel amazing. I was comfortable talking to people, I was enjoying the questions and comments, and folks seemed blown away by my creativity. It was the perfect oil to wear to a market like this, where creativity and talking to people is really important. This oil will be a staple at my future markets for sure!
