The Widow Wore Red

  • 1995

A shameless concoction of spiced plum, lascivious musk, patchouli, tart cherry, sweet pipe tobacco, warm gingerbread drizzled with vanilla caramel dusted with clove, coriander, and cardamom. Wear when you're ready to liberate yourself from sorrow and doubt, to abandon all pretense of timidity and let your Fierce flag fly.

Available in 5 ml bottle or 1 ml sample vial.

Autumn Part II 2020 Collection

This is an Archive scent.  We are not planning any more reblends this year, just selling out remaining poured bottles/vials.

Red fruit and musk do the can-can

This seems a bit too warm and friendly to be Her Grand High Witchness, but it is pretty over the top. The gingerbread is very evident along with billowing fruit and musk. I'm kind of getting a burlesque dancer made of gingerbread here.

Don't be surprised to look in the mirror and see a purple tinge to your eyes and flames dancing...

So you want to smell like the Grand High Witch from The Witches or just a bit dangerously delicious and provocative, well Nui Cobalt has a fragrance for you... The Widow Wore Red is a sweet "come closer" type of perfume and then the dark spiced fruit and under notes come out to play and it has a fiendish beautiful side that others around are sure to notice. Exactly what I envision enrobing one of my favourite characters from fiction and fantasy film (and it even smells "violet and glowing"). I love how this perfume makes me feel and how it encourages some themed fun!
