There's nothing vengeful or screechy or furious about this one; it's lovely! I adore Nui Cobalt's fabric notes, and this scent has not one but two: a slightly soapy cotton flower and a surprisingly not-cuddly cashmere. I don't really get any of the other notes (cardamom, bitter almond, teak, sandalwood) on their own - it's a really well-blended scent - but together they combine to create a stunningly sophisticated scent that feels standoffish and expensive.

The name is apt! I’ve worn this 3 times and each time is a little different. I do usually get the almond in the beginning - slight cherry, more so like dragon’s blood, but subtle, not too intense. And then I would’ve assumed myrrh is in there. It has a smoky incense vibe. The notes don’t quite match for me. I really would guess this is smoky myrrh with a bitter almond opening. It does have a darker ghost vibe, I love the name. Feels like something good to wear to regain strength, banish bad vibes, or as I’m doing, reading horror while sniffing.
