Nai’a was a freebie included in my last Nui Cobalt order. I wouldn’t have picked this on my own and I’m glad I was able to experience this. This is exceptionally well blended. I have a hard time describing this scent on my skin. It dries down and wears exactly the same as Alkemia’s Old Books & Fresh Flowers. I don’t think the two perfume oils share a single note so what gives? I guess it all comes down to skin chemistry. This is still quite noticeable on me at the 5 hour mark. Maybe that’s the water musk that’s responsible for the longevity? I overdid the cucumber/melon scents in my pre teen years and I’m happy to say that at no time does the cucumber come out to bitch smack me in my face. In fact, I can’t detect it at all and I really appreciate that! So how to describe this scent…a little bit clean, a little bit aquatic, a little bit floral. I’d recommend that everyone sample this for themselves as it’s hard to put into words. My brain just can’t get off the loop of associating Nai’a with Alkemia’s OB&FF minus the leather note. Good stuff.

This is a beautiful, cool, peaceful breeze, a sweet sky-blue/pale aqua scent. I was expecting some aquatic aspect but I'm not getting that. It's soft and just makes me breathe deep and say "Aahhh". Very relaxing and serene, also uplifting and joyful.
