This perfume, with its mix of incense, wood, a slightly brackish olive leaf, and a gorgeous, almost musty black tea feels positively scholarly (and I say this as a Ph.D. who has spent many, many hours in libraries and rare books archives). This isn't a perfume for bright spring or summer days, but for rainy days and autumn. One of my very favorite NCD tea + incense scents!

This is a scent I first received as a sample with another order, part of what is so magical about it is that it came to me purely by luck of the draw. The sample won me over with the lovely patchouli scent. This is a perfect unisex scent, it is not overly masc or femme leaning. I am resoundingly in love with it. It smells like you just wandered into a wizard's study, where there is incense burning, and a table groaning with old books and herbs. I wish I were better at capturing the individual layer stages, but I really am not. This is definitely one to try.
