Bayous Wish They Smelled Like This!

Well, I'm asexual so I'm not out here trying to attract lust and longing - I'm just trying to smell amazing, and this does the job! This is my favorite of the bees. It's one of my "reminds me of New Orleans" scents, and scents that remind me of that city are my favorites because they're sultry and floral, but they also tend to have tobacco accords. Honey also happens to be my all-time favorite note for perfumes. This one is well blended, but I get a lot of honeysuckle. I can also detect the tobacco and pralines as well as, of course, the honey. Perfection. This one could be worn by any gender fall through spring. I hope to always have a bottle of this at the ready. Now if only we can get real bayous smelling like his cause wheeeeew, they do not.

You should BAYOU some of this! (I'm sorry already)

I'm doing my best to start doing this without looking at the descriptions to refresh my memory, so let's see how this goes!

To start, though of maybe no real consequence, I'm drawn to trying this one because it *looks* like honey. Like, it's the right color, a little thicker than expected, that just puts me in the mindset!

In the bottle: It's almost... chocolatey??? I don't remember there being chocolate, but that's what it reminds me of. Like when you first open a bag of chocolate chips, and maybe you've already got brown sugar on your fingers?

On my skin: Ok, much less chocolatey in smaller amounts. I'm getting... smokey, like somewhere fragrant burning wood. Some kind of honeyed/creamy floral? My grandmother has these fancy soaps that used to smell like gardenias. Honeysuckle? The big yellow ones, not the little delicate ones. It's almost syrupy, in a mellow way! Like when *time* goes slow, it just also happens to be sweet! As it dries, I'm picking up nutiness? My mom makes these sweet spiced pecans around the winter holidays, it's kinda reminding me of that.

Throw: Tbf, I'm testing these, uh... within twenty-four hours of receiving them. The throw is pretty light to me? Like, I'm in a small room, and I can lightly smell it in the room, but it all melds together until I huff my wrist a bit to get specific notes.

Overall, I'd say, I've never been to a bayou? But I might if they smelled like this. Four outta five idyllic swamps in a southern romance.
