The first thing I smell is the warm, slightly dusty, slightly tart top notes. There is something sandy about that combo, especially with the wood behind it. On the next sniff my attention is drawn to the cooling, grounding wave of the base notes. For me, this perfume feels like it has distinct voices that are in conversation with each other, and in fact, each quietly holding their own; a back and forth between warm, slightly funky sand and the cool, "big" feeling notes. It's complex and interesting, and makes me feel complex (nice) things. I get all the different notes (at least the ones I can identify) so if you like the notes list, I think you'll love this perfume.
