Rogues’ Cabaret

  • 1995

From Rocky Horror to the Goth Club go-go box, some of my most joyful moments have been spent in the spotlight of dens of iniquity.
A scintillating scent for secret shenanigans.
Top notes of plum wine and clove bud, a scoundrel’s heart of Ceylon cinnamon and vanilla-infused pipe tobacco, over a base of black agarwood and styrax.
Wear when it’s time to stir up trouble and honor your inner Villain.

5 ml bottle or 1 ml sample vial -   Phthalate-free.

A Sinful Brothel in Another Era

This one is syrupy, that plump plum is in the foreground and the spicy clove then the styrax.I normally don’t do sugared scents, but this inviting oil is changing my mind. After an hour, the notes remind me of a red wine based oil. Three hours past, it is more rounded out now with the spice and the balsamic resin chiming in. I would say the throw is medium. This scent feels more feminine leaning to me, the song that comes to my head while wearing this is “Bloodletting” by Concrete Blonde. I feel empowered wearing it, on the prowl in high heeled boots and knowing that the sweetness in my words have a hidden bladed edge.

Dirty & rogueish for sure

This scent does 100% what it says on the label. That's a glorious plum wine and a very dirty tobacco. This one morphs on me wildly and sometimes something smells a little like red musk. Must be the cinnamon. I love this but honestly I'd be a little leery of wearing it to a job interview unless the job was burlesque dancer.
