Spicy, woody, grey musk! This is clean, cooling, and makes me think of a man wearing a grey sweater standing on the porch of a wood cabin set in the mountains on a misty morning. To me, it leans masculine, but I don't feel out of place wearing it. Upon application, the allspice is very strong as well as the musk, but these mellow out as it wears. The ironwood tree aspect brings a beautiful woodiness to the blend, and I can pick out the bay leaf as well. I start to get the tea as the scent settles in to the skin more, and there's a touch of the figs in there, too. When I saw that this had allspice and bay leaf, I had a feeling it would smell something like men's cologne, and I wasn't wrong, but this is very nice in that nothing overwhelms anything else, it's very well balanced and isn't too sharp on the nose.
